Every Cleaning Par Excellence project follows the same six steps, so you always know what's happening, what's next and when you'll have your work.

Day 1Discovery call
A free 30 minute call (phone or video). We learn what you sell, who you sell to, your deadline and your budget. You'll get a written proposal within two business days.

Days 2 to 4Proposal & booking
Your proposal lists deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and usage rights. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit lock in your dates.

Week 1Creative brief
We build a mood board, shot list and design direction. You review and approve it, so the shoot and design work start from a shared plan.

Week 2Shoot day & design sprint
Our photographer captures stills and motion while designers build concepts. You're welcome on set, or we send live selects.

Weeks 2 to 3Edit, review & refine
You receive a proofing gallery and design concepts. Revisions follow the rounds in your package, with clear notes on what changes.
06
Week 3 to 4Final delivery
Final images, videos and brand files arrive in organized folders with web, print and social sizes, plus a license summary.

Prep products
Clean, labeled and steamed products ship to us at least two days before a studio shoot.
Block the time
For on location shoots, plan for quiet spaces and staff availability during the session.
